The modules need to be more in depth as people do not know off the bat what some of the bigger words mean. I should not have to go to google to research what something in this module means.

I use this for my Caregiver Certification and Re-Certification. The site is easy to use. Aside from being double billed (which I found out later was my caregiver hitting the back button once on the payment screen) everything was great! I emailed them and they process my refund immediately.
