This is a good training if you already had the training in person before and use it as a refresher. This year due to COVID 19 it has not been possible to do in-person trainings and we wanted to be sure our staff stayed certified and up-to-date. I do suggest in-person trainings every other re-certification.

I feel that the question regarding when to start CPR should be more explicit. CPR should be started when the heart is not beating or the victim is not breathing, not simply because they're non-responsive, isn't that true?
