This site is adequate during this season for those who have been previously trained and need to renew their CPR/First Aid certification. While I feel that it is informative and adequately covers the subject matter, I would not recommend it to someone who is experiencing the coarse for the first time. Where CPR/First Aid training is a prerequisite for employment, practicing the skills required and experience interacting with a trained instructor increases the quality of desired outcomes/knowledge.
