Overall, it was very easy to pick up the information, and even have videos to show me how to do the procedures. However, it is always better to do it in person in my opinion, but seeing as I didn't have that option during the pandemic, this was the next best thing.

Clear, concise recap of info. If this is you first time taking a first aid/ CPR/ AED course, this is NOT enough. But if you've taken the live course before and feel relatively confident with your skill set/ knowledge, this a great refresher.
