The online course is very thorough! Once a person has taken a course (physical-classroom setting) I feel this is very professional & complete & convenient way to renew and refresh your skills! There are links with all the modules that go into more depth on each subject. It feels good to have this knowledge should you ever be confronted with an emergency situation. All parents & caregivers should at least do the basic CPR & First Aid courses!!!
