The lessons were worded greatly so it was easy to understand. However, I did not like that there was only 10 questions to obtain a certificate and when repeating an exam it is the exact same questions. I mean, everyone can answers that all correctly without reading the lessons and just by retaking the exam. That was a little frustrating because I think the question should change depending on the attempts and also should be larger than 10 questions so that it can also help the person who's taking the exam retain what they have read in the lecture. In the end, CPR and First-aid is crucial to be understood by antone who's wanting to work in the medical field; therefore, obtaining the certificate for it should not be based on answering 10 questions only.
