There is evidence that this website is a translation from a foreign language. Sections are poorly written and I seriously question some of the advised procedures. I served 30 years in the fire service and was a licensed EMT. Some of the content here is on the verge of being dangerous. It is certainly inadequate. I took this course on the recommendation of the foster care licensing agency. I now worry about children in the care of those who have taken this course.
