This was an incredibly convenient and to the point cert. Great, absolutely great, refresher and easy to understand. If you never have taken cpr or first aid this will be a great start. Also the help desk was incredibly helpful. I made the wrong purchase earlier and they quickly replied and helped to sort this out.
