I like all the online training from National CPR Foundation, especially amid the covid-19 pandemic. It helps to not come in to contact in-person with anyone at any facility but you can still get the knowledge about CPR and First Aid and get the certificate you need.

I love the convenience of being able to do this at home during the Corona virus. The placement of the hands over the chest could have been clearer. The way that it was described in the text would have put it over the xiphoid process.
