I recently re-certified. Then I had to perform cpr on my 3-1/2 year old last week after a near drowning, and though it was not textbook, given the situation I was as prepared as I could be to respond immediately. She survived and is back to normal, completely due to the rapid cpr that my sister-in-law and I were able to perform. Thank you!

It was quick and easy. This is something I needed to know and have for my job. There was a lot of helpful information, I did not know, and now I do.

Course was informative and covered all of the basic topics needed for First-Aid.

This course is terribly written--sounds like it was Google translated from another language in spots. The lack of clarity and frequent typos makes it difficult to follow. In addition, there is far too much information presented at once, with numerous medical terms left unexplained for the layman. I passed the test, but I do not feel confident in my skills or knowledge after completing this course.

There were some spelling errors and at times it seemed like different people had written different parts. Like one part said not to bother checking for a pulse if unconscious before starting CPR I believe, but then I think another part said to check for pulse while looking for breathing? Because I've been trained before I was able to take this in, but maybe there's ways to make this more interactive. Like maybe an applet where you are clicking to virtually do the chest compressions or something neat like that.
