EXCELLENT for re certification and a great start for newbies. Learn everything that these guys teach, but seek opportunities to practice it physically under a teacher or coach. I am cause I'm serious about saving lives with what I have. I am a security officer. These guys gave me the basics and a card to move me forward. It's up to me to master what they taught. They know that this is about life or death not just a card.
