The language standard was very poor, with many grammar errors. Several specialized terms were used without being defined, such as "advanced airway". Most importantly, some test questions were poorly phrased, with answers not based on the material. For example, the course material on head injuries started by saying that most head injuries are just bumps and bruises. The next thing was a list of criteria to evaluate the seriousness of the injury. Yet the test question asked what to do first, and the correct answer was supposed to be seek emergency medical attention, not evaluate the injury. The question could have read "severe head injury" or the correct answer could have been assess seriousness by checking pupils, etc.
