You need to proof read your course and your test questions ie indigestion of.. for poisoning should be ingestion, and test question concerning personal protection of :.... misse question because it protects the worker does not protect gloves, gowns, face mask and equipment those things are part of but the question is written poorly. Convient for testing and certification .

Course was to the point and covered necessary information. Videos were good, but I could not get sound to work (maybe my device). I would like some links to resources for any information to supplement. I appreciated the COVID updated info. I feel prepared, and would definitely do this course again. Since I have done the course in person, it was excellent for a refresher and any updated/changed information.

Training text needs work, there are many items that don't make sense to a new/untrained reader and are not able to be referenced inside the training. Text can be confusing and should be rewritten in better prose.
