The information is great and it is extremely simple to get certified, but honestly, we should all be required to have a hands on training. It is a matter of life and death and I don't think an on line course is as efficient to save a life as a hands on training would.

I'm very upset you've stated that your AHA certified, except your not. So I paid for your course which is useless at my job. Then I had to take a hands on skilled course that would be excepted. You wasted my time and money. AHA only except skilled courses, so you ripped me off and lied.
