This is very good but some of the data seems to conflict itself at times. I answered one question wrong because it asked if it was true or false to call 911 immediately if someone had a head injury, - I answered 'false' but I was supposed to answer true - but in the training, it said "make sure to have the patient stop the activity. Allow the patient to rest. To prevent swelling and worsening of injury apply ice wrapped in a washcloth." - and after that it said to call 911 immediately *IF* (and then a list of worse symptoms). Thats all! some of the areas could use more explaination or exceptions. Also : I could not hear sound on any of the videos except one. thanks!
