Never verified my past BLS before renewing it through an easy multiple choice test. This system in no way prepares or holds people accountable to be able to save lives. Dangerous. I doubt this is truly ok'd by AHA.

There were multiple errors in spelling, punctuation, grammar, etc. during the course. At times it made it confusing when there was a comma missing. Several of the videos were on mute and there was no way to turn the sound on although my computer's sound was on. At first I thought there must be no sound, but a couple of the videos had pauses where I could tell they were talking, but couldn't hear anything. For one or two of the videos, the sound worked fine. I also came across some conflicting information during different points, which made the plan for treatment confusing in a real-life scenario.
