Class was informational and I was able to print out all documents which was a very good thing for taking the test and for future remembrance. However, I wasn't able to hear the few videos that were on the right side. I would have like to have seen and heard more videos as a visual demonstration to go along with the printouts.

I do not feel that this course gives me the confidence to perform life saving techniques. The test is not very specific. Who cares about terminology...that does not matter. Technique and procedure matters. I don't feel that online courses is how these things should be taught in the first place but I definitely think it should have more (and better videos) at the very least

I AM VERY HAPPY WHEN I PASSED MY CPR/FIRST AID TEST. I RECOMMEND TO GO WITH NATIONAL CPR FOUNDATION.BUT THING IS THAT WHEN I PAYED ONLINE IT WAS SHOWING $14.95 AND THEY DEDUCTED $20.06.
