Great course. Good focus and convenient.

Very comprehensive and easy to understand course! The only thing that was an issue is that one of the images on the AED module is backwards. It seems that the Right and Left is flipped in the image showing where to place pads. Other than that, I had no problems!

Excellent course

It was informative. Adding videos would be a plus. Also a glossary for words the layman doesn't necessarily know.

Excellent training, especially for those who have previous training and for one reason or another let their certifications lapse.

The clip for nose bleeds shows the patient holding the upper part of his nose. The pressure should be applied right below the bony part of the nose on the soft tissue. Additionally, it is not normal practice to have the clots removed after the bleeding has stopped

Such a quick and easy way for me to renew my CPR certification! In order to get it the first time I had to sit through a late night 4 hour class, but this was much more my style and very simple to navigate. So glad I could refresh my knowledge from the comfort of my own home!
