The organization of the information needs to be improved. You have topics that include medical conditions or procedures that are not identified until discussed in later chapters. Too many assumptions are made by the authors as to what information a student possesses (i.e., reference to a 1970's disco tune). The recommended actions and questions based off them are too grossly general with not enough information to ascertain what is truly an emergency versus what is treatable with first aid only (i.e., ANY head injury is grounds for immediately calling 911 according to the test regardless of the kind of injury or the presence/absence of other symptoms).
