I have been a paramedic in Georgia for 27 years. I recently moved to North Carolina and during thst process my AHA Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support Certification lapsed. To say recertification was a breeze is a gross understatement. NCPR made the process smooth and painless. Now, please understand, they didn't simply hand me a new card. I still had totake the course and pass the test just like every other recert I've done over the years. NPCR has just figured out how to make the journey much more pleasant than all the other cpr/bls courses I have taken.

It's kind of funky , it kicks you out, or says Timed Out? But your order will be in the cart. Other times, you have to start all over from the beginning, by retaking the test, then trying to enter the name on the certificate
