First time using the website I was skeptical. However, after going through all the modules I learned some great information. Then once the exam part came, it was fairly easy. I passed on the first try. After purchasing certification I received my printable certificate immediately after. Now I'm just waiting for the hard copy.

Please check the recommendations, where it should read "sling" and not "fling"! Also, the comment to check for Universal Precautions is a bit misleading. Can rephrase that in the future so that it doesn't seem to suggest checking for safety in the scene, as opposed to the need to use Universal Precautions. I expected a longer test, to check for skills in the separate categories.

This was a rectification for me and I noticed that some information was not specified, like how the Heimlich maneuver should be preformed with an upwards motion in the diaphragm or that when performing CPR on an infant their nose and mouth should be covered. I also found grammer mistakes.
