Information was good, a few grammatical errors here and there, but good content. I was disappointed that I was unable to hear any of the videos except the sales pitch one. Would have been very helpful to hear and see what was happening in the videos. I tried adjusting all volumes and settings on my computer and even tried a different web browser and nothing helped.

Paid the full price to have the laminated certificates sent to my house. They never came. Tried getting ahold of them. Nobody answers. I had to print mine out and frame it myself.
