This was a lot of information to read. No videos on how to do it properly. That was ok for me as I have taken the hands- on Red Cross course. If this was someone's first time I would not trust them to save my life. Great for a refresher! That's why only 4 stars.

The training was extremely user friendly, had extremely easy - step-by-step video instructions and allowed the user to take the exam unlimited times. Most of all it was a quality product that was extremely affordable. I am extremely pleased that I was able to download the training and receive my AHA BLS Certification the same day within 90 minutes.
