Some of the grammar is wrong and confusing to me. One of the test questions wasn't covered in the learning material/on-line. (EMT and CPR) Statements were incomplete here and there as well. Felt a little podunk. I appreciate that you provide a way for busy nurses, etc. to get the certificate we need. My promo code didn't work so I didn't get the 10% discount like my employer said I would.
