Basic Life Support - BLS
I was a little concerned with how basic the instruction was. This is not my first time getting certified in CPR/AED/First Aid, and to be honest if i didn't already have prior experience I wouldn't feel like i had learned much. Basically, If you are already trained and have first aid experience, this is an easy way of maintaining your cert, if this is your first time, please seek hands on training.
