As someone who has been CPR and First Aid certified for close to 20 years through different entities, I have to admit I am concerned with how quick and easy this course is to complete. To think that there are people out there getting certified for the first time who have never had to actually practice performing CPR, using an AED, the Heimlich maneuver, or actually practiced administering any type of first aid is very unsettling.
