Overall, this course was very informative. The format of the information was a little difficult to follow at times, as it would have been more helpful to have the steps in sequential order, as opposed to finding out additional pertinent information later in the paragraph. Other than that, the information was easy to read and follow along with, and the course does a great job of providing the basic, vital information efficiently and effectively.

The videos had no sound, the test was really short, and I felt like If I had not taken a course in person before I would be very unprepared if a situation were to happen in person. Some of the vocabulary could have been a little more clear as well. But I like the idea of an online course for people who have taken a course in person before to refresh their memory.
