I really appreciate taking this course, I have a problem swallowing and my 20 year old daughter learned how to do the heimlich technique on me. It course has taught me a lot and I appreciate taking it online instead of going to a classroom or training. The video's were awesome as well. Thank you. I just wanted the certificate to come to my home address, the second request for an address was my job, not my home. This was done by accident, I need it changed to my home address, 5225 Dix Street #101 Washington, DC 20019.

Please have someone with good grammatical skills go over all the materials, proof and correct. Several grammatical errors and sentence formations can be better for better comprehension. For example under open chest wounds I suggest restructuring the entire paragraph. The concept of the danger of putting a dressing over the thorax was not well explained. I feel I only now partially understand it and needs to be made more clear. Fairly well organized but I had to go out of the system to learn what auto injection is and I still don't know what advanced airway vs non advanced airway is. Please define, somewhere.
