Quick and easy for BLS renewal certification. Periodically you need hands on training to maintain you skills and an online training session will not meet those needs, but if you are up to date on your skills, this course will most likely satisfy your needs for a 2 year renewal.

This course seemed very insufficient and the test was too easy. I have taken CPR/First aid classes in person many time before with the Red Cross, so this is fine as a refresher, but for someone learning for the first time, this does teach them enough to properly respond in an emergency. The test should have more questions to make sure they really learned all the skills.

2 of your answers are wrong. PPE does not protect gloves, masks, gowns OR medical equipment. The compression rate for CRP according to the AHA guidelines is 100/min. not 100-120. Please change your answers.
