The text needs to be proofread. There were several times where the text used poor sentence structure or poor wording. At other times the steps to resolve crises were ambiguous or unclear, and could have been spelled out better. There was also the use of some very technical medical terms that laypeople wouldn't know, and should be replaced with more common vernacular.
