I feel like the exam didn't really test my knowledge in any of the areas. The multiple-choice format of the exam made most of the answers very obvious, and there were no questions about how to actually perform any of the CPR or First-Aid steps. The information in the learning section was very useful, I just felt like the exam wasn't a reflection of how much I actually knew any of the material that would be applicable in real-life situations. If I hadn't taken CPR in high school and used this as a refresher, I can't say for sure that I would have actually retained any of the material.
