Please, please, PLEASE get someone to proofread the course who has an understanding of the content. I found many errors, some of which would interfere with a newbie gaining an accurate understanding of the information given in those sections, and others that just make the site seem less legit. Errors on pages cause people to doubt whether the information can be trusted. That being said, I think it’s wonderful to have this information freely available to everyone and that we only have to pay after passing the exam. This means that if I start to feel rusty in an area before I technically need to be re-certified, I can come back and brush up on it for the safety of those in my care. If, when I come back to this site, I find that the typos have been corrected, then I will give this course 5 stars.

I have been required to carry CPR certification for years and I know the info but just need a little refresher. Having to 100$ to register for a class that I have to drive to and sit in to relearn the same info I could get online was always such an inconvenience. I love that I get all the info I need in a straight forward manner ONLINE and for such a reasonable price! My employer needed an up to date CPR card immediately and I was able to refresh my info, test and re certify in one simple step. And knowing that it is AHA accredited is great! Thank You!
