The course was very thorough and understandable for the most part. Some terms for assume the person knows what they mean, like "auto injector." It may be helpful to explain that it is used for severe allergies, and say Epinephrine, or the common phrase of Epipen. Also, the exam question regarding head injuries was confusing. The text said that most head injuries result in mild bruises or cuts, and listed the conditions for serious concern. As worded, the test question made it sound like all head injuries should activate EMS, regardless of severity.
