Some of the exam questions are misleading as there are different ways to approach situations. more information in the questions would be beneficial. As there are protocols for when you have observed a collapse versus not observing it.

I think the questions could be a bit more in depth, or perhaps more questions could be asked. Luckily I was certified in college so I got to practice in real situations, but the questions that were asked made me worried for others who are learning from an online platform, and for the people that they could/will potentially be treating.

A great way to conveniently renew your BLS certification from home. However, I was surprised by the limited amount of questions on the exam. I am not looking a gift horse in the mouth or anything but more questions would definitely enhance the learning process..
