There was no sound to the videos; was that intentional?

It was was easy and understandable, easy exam, but need more explaining videos from beginning to end on CPR and AED, videos was too short.

It would be nice if there was a function to have the modules available in audio format rather than reading all of it. Not the best learning style for many people, myself included. But its a very good course as for the information included.

as a healthcare provider that needs to recert all the time, I really appreciate getting to take the test first. It is a very respectful way to recert

Overall good. There were a few things that were not defined that were confusing to me, a non medical professional: Universal Precautions (?) and Emergency Response System (does this mean calling 911?). Using context clues I understand the concept but these terms were used so many times and I was wondering what they really were at first.

Course was good, however question 5. regarding PPE is misleading; it specifically askes PPE is the 'protection' of ...head, torso, arms, hands, feet, etc. The other answers relate to what PPE is ...gloves, aprons, etc and is used 'on' medical equipment and work stations. This question should be clarified. Question 10 You should ask the patient if he/she is okay before performing CPR; and the answer is indicated as True. Typically the patient is unconscious, so how could they provide an answer? This question needs to be re-worded for clarity. Additionally, course did not provide the answer.
