This was concerningly easy.

This needs some updates to define certain terms and add items not covered in CPR. I'm not really impressed with this because of the number of questions it raised amongst my classmates when they read everything. I knew what to do because I received the 1990s training held by the American Red Cross. I can't believe people can be certified without practice and most people don't don't even know the song "Staying Alive" recommended any more. Time to update and reboot!

Only 10 questions after all that learning? The hardest part of getting these certifications was paying the money.

There were typos throughout the course and the use of medical terms not suitable for layman. I felt this course packed too much information for the format and I don't feel as prepared as I have with other courses. I recommend more video tutorials with thorough explanations for visual learners. Also there was a question on the test about when to call 911 for an adult or adolescent with answers "before CPR" "after CPR for two minutes" etc. I found this question misleading because the module states different protocols based on whether you see the person collapse or whether you found them collapsed.

There were a lot of things that weren't worded the most clearly. Also, a lot of the test questions were written in confusing ways.

Easy and intuitive to use. I really liked the dropdown portions accessed by clicking the + signs.
