Easy and informative. Great way to quickly recert CPR or take a CPR course that is complete and informative. I used this for a recert so for me it was very easy and so much better than having to sit in a class for two+ hours relearning something I have known for the last 25 years. It is current and compliant with the AHA standards for CPR.

I have taking CPR classes twice before. But I loved this one, I took it at the comfort of my home, there was no wait for a date, I took snack and bathrooms break as needed, it was very informative, I was able to print the material, and I have it for future reference, and it is affordable.
