The course assumes that those taking it have medical backgorund knowledge. As this is a certification course, I would expect that it would provide background information and definitions of things like universal procedures, tissue ischemia, and the term AP. I had to look up many of these terms myself and search for my own videos and the ones the course provides are not helpful.

Thorough, easy to follow and complete, good video clips. I appreciated doing the training at home, no travel time, cost kept at a minimum. I have taken the course several times and maybe I would suggest having hands on training for the first time doing the CPR AED training. It would be a benefit to get the rhythm and force of compressions, and the head tilt, and how it works to go from one man to two man CPR and working with an AED.
