The test was easy. But if you have a question NO ONE will call you or e-mail you a phone number so you can call. That was a little upsetting that you can't talk to anyone.

Very easy to navigate, was not subjected to a ticking clock. Wished there was sound for the videos, like exactly what they were doing and why they were doing it the way they did. When the person was doing cpr/ for a choking child, it seemed like they were hitting the baby too hard. But overall it was successful in completing the class, in which I have successfully completed many times, and I do brush up on my knowledge of cpr on a regular basis because I don’t want to be in a situation and wondering if I am performing the task at hand.
