5. This question is worded poorly. It is asking what is the protection "of". The short answer is PPE is protection of your personal "parts" PPE does not protect gloves and aprons etc, but rather the gloves and aprons are what is used to protect you. All of the above being stated as the correct answer and in the context of the wording of the question is misleading and slightly incorrect. Medical work stations are not "personal" i.e on your body... which is what PPE is designed for... A reworded question should be considered. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is the protection of Head, torso, arms, hands, feet, etc… (gloves, aprons, gowns, face protectors, masks, etc... Medical equipment and work stations. All of the above.
