Quick and easy but information is not presented in a clear way. Some topics are grouped together in a way that is confusing. Some topics just have a few sentences and seem out of place. Needs to be more directive about what you should do.

I'm a retired police sergeant from Rochester, NY with 23 years of service and this CPR/Fist Aid course was needed so that I could be California certified after moving to Los Angeles. The course was excellent, very informative and well written. The instructions and details could be easily understood by many different age groups so I applaud the National CPR Foundation for their work on this training course.
