Nice overview. But the exam should be longer, testing on more detail, especially of healthcare providers. Other than that, Thank you for a quick way to recertify.

First aid/CPR courses have gone downhill in recent years. I still don't know what to do if a person has an accident. I'm not complaining, because I only took this exam to get a job. But I might complain if someone has an accident and I don't know what to do.
