I can't split the stars or you would have received 4.75 stars. I liked the idea for the online re-certification and it went very well. I'm a nurse with over 20 years experience and I've even been a BLS instructor for 8 years. One of the questions on your test was something like "true or false, you come across a non responsive patient you immediately start CPR." My answer false was wrong. my reasoning for my answer is: I've had numerous patients over the years that have been non responsive, yet they've had a pulse and breathing and therefore NO CPR is required. Now if there was no breathing nor especially pulse then YES CPR is required. I would like to use your website next time and yes, I would recommend you to others.
