Quick and easy. It would be nice to have a video of start to finish from first response to checking vitals to finishing cycle of CPR. Also, infant CPR video, head needs to be supported when turning baby over. This course works well for recertification, not sure it is sufficient for initial learners.

Bloodborne Pathogens
I took a Bloodborne Pathogen Training. It was cheaper, easy, convenient and fast. It is good if its just for personal use or if you want an additional knowledge, but if you are applying for a job you might want to check with your employer first before getting a certification as to what they accept. Can be good as a refresher course but you need a live one for initial training. Content is basic.
