I think it was good information for no hands. The test did seem a bit easier than I expected and had a question on it that was not covered in the material. It was however a good friendly site and easy to understand and inexpensive way to make my employer happy without spending my own huge amount of time and money going to a clinic like I had in the past. (employer requires but don't pay for it) Thank you for this alternative.

Overall, the site was easy to use. The course was good, though there were a lot of spelling errors, and some info seemed short/missing. The videos were not of great quality, and most had no sound to them. I liked the way you had the outlines at the end of each section, for easy, quick review. On the actual test, the 1 question I got wrong... about performing CPR once the EMS arrived... I felt it was a bit "tricky", as my understanding is that you keep performing CPR until you are told to quit, and they take over. Maybe I was being too litteral about the question of them "arriving", and not yet, actually taking over!
