Question #4 asks if 911 should be called immediately for a head injury. The text gives 9 circumstances when 911 should be called, but also states that head injuries USUALLY result in minor bruises or bumps........ The question is ambiguous in not stating a severe head injury so my answer was False and marked incorrect.
