Appalling presentation of CPR and First Aid material. I have been certified in person multiple times over the course of my career. The dangerous inaccuracies in this information - and providing a sense of competency to people with this material when they are not in fact competent - are deeply concerning to me. I am also surprised by the misrepresentations on the website around this. I feel guilty giving money to your organization and strongly suggest that you update your content and provide more responsible referrals for people who come to your site without prior real life, in person training and experience with CPR and first aid skills.

Everything was fine, but I wish there were more video examples... Especially to people who has never been certified before. For the people who have been certified already, it would be nice to see images/videos as well for a refresher. Also it would be nice for visual learners!

Far fewer grammatical and clarity issues than the CPR course. There were still several glaring grammar and continuity errors, but I'm probably in the minority of people who catch and/or take issue with them.
