The study guide gave 2 different answers for one question. Also, the study guide gave clinical info for a medical professional such as using an AED, which would be impractical for the general public in most cases.

Videos did not have sound, so that was not helpful. Also, some of the information was written in ways that made it harder to understand. I had to imply what was meant in a few cases. The headings (for each different subject) separating the paragraphs should be larger so to stand out more.
