Some unclear writing as well as some grammatical errors that make you have to reread to understand. Test was not thorough. This was a refresher for me so I'll be okay. Not recommended for a first timer.

Great information and helpful videos. This was a wonderful way to renew my certificate. It was fast, easy, and a great refresher. However, for those getting certified for the first time, it may be a little confusing. I would recommend hands on experience at least the first time going through the training. Overall, very beneficial, helpful, fast, and a great price!
