very basic but clear except creators of training should remember that non-clinical people take these courses, too, and all acronyms should be spelled out at least once (OPIM was never defined or spelled out in this course so I had to go look it up....).

I was an American Heart Assoc. CPR/First Aid Instructor for 7 years...so it was interesting to do an online course. The content was accurate, which I appreciated. Clear and understandable notes on CPR and First Aid. However, the test was too simple, only 10 questions. It did not seem to test CPR and First Aid knowledge on all levels. But, I am only observing, not complaining...short tests are fine with me . Certainly an acceptable certification option. Thank you.

It would have been helpful to have some of the acronyms defined more clearly right at the beginning (like EMS), and there were a few typos, but overall very good and straightforward. Videos were very helpful for clarification.

One question on the quiz wasn't very good. It asked if EMS should be called immediately for a head injury. The lesson actually said that most head injuries are minor, but call EMS if...(listing of certain symptoms). That's why I put false--if most head injuries are minor, EMS does not always need to be called immediately. However, the quiz wanted an answer of true. That question should be reworded to say, for example, "For a head injury, call EMS immediately if the patient is showing signs of confusion." Thanks!
