I noticed a few typos. Please see below: • Remember, never add anything frozen to cool of a burn. – do you mean off, not of? • 5. Move patient away from the power supply (use non-conductive materials if possible. – missing a parenthesis • If the nosebleed occurs to be a serious injury make sure to apply pressure for roughly ten minutes—make sure to have the patient breathe through his/her mouth. – I’m not sure you mean occurs – I think you may mean appears – occurs to be a serious injury doesn’t make sense

The wording was weird and not very helpful. I've done first aid courses before and some of this didn't make sense to me. I don't think there was enough practical information, nor was it presented in a clear enough way, that it would stick in anyone's memory in an emergency. The exam questions also weren't clear, they didn't specify what injury had occurred when we were supposed to say whether we'd start compressions or call EMS or take someone to the hospital.

I have taken live CPR classes several times. I found the online to be just as good. Very easy to understand and videos are great. Not to mention I needed to get certified quickly and it was super convenient. Good price for the course as well.
